Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and unexpected circumstances are bound to occur. Please give as much notice as possible and we will give your individual circumstance as much consideration as possible.


However, we do require 48 hours notice for any cancellations. Failure to give enough notice will result in a 50% charge of your service. Amount payable by credit card or etransfer to sagebeautyptbo@gmail.com. An invoice will be sent to you by email with the amount you need to pay. If you do not pay the amount sent to you, you will not be able to rebook any future services until that amount is paid.


No Shows/Late Grace Period

No shows will be required to pay the full amount of the service they missed before rebooking any future services. 


We allow a 10 minute grace period for anyone who is late. If you come in any later than 10 minutes into your appointment, we will not be able to complete your service as there are other services booked directly after you. You can choose to cut a portion out of your service such as the massage portion out of a manicure/pedicure but any service that will require the full allotted time will not be able to be completed.


You will receive a reminder 48 hours before your appointment, this is also the time you will receive a request to confirm your appointment.
